Ukraine to open cutural-information centres abroad

Ukrainian Minister for Foreign Affairs Borys Tarasyuk told delegates and participants of the 4th World Forum of Ukrainians about the Ministry's plans to open 29 cultural - information centres under its diplomatic missions abroad through 2010, reports Trend.
The list of centres was approved by the Government on April 19. Such centres will function in the Ukrainian Embassies in Russia, France, Poland, Austria, Moldova, Belarus, Belgium, Kazakhstan, the USA, Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, Germany, Israel, Great Britain, Slovakia, Canada, the Czech Republic, Italy, Portugal, Uzbekistan, Estonia, China, Greece, Hungary and Turkmenistan and under Consulate General in New York, Munich and Istanbul.
