What resolution should I use:

Please use a maximum of 620 pixels for the largest side of your pic (heigth or width) at 72 dpi. Please use the medium to low-high quality JPG compression (which means moderate filesize, medium compression). Different program produce different output, on Adobe Photoshop or ImageMagick a recommended quality setting is 70.
